Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

To start a return, email info@alistairedecor.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
